I really enjoy to work in the area of STEM education applied to renewable energy systems and unmanned systems. - What message do you want to convey to current undergraduates in STEM? To not be afraid to ask questions. STEM is about ask questions. After 15 years working in the academia, I feel very prepared to help the next generation of engineers. I can help to advise students in the grad school process, mentoring, and research advising.
