Research Assistant at IINSPIRE LSAMP, Iowa State University, Ames IA ( Oct 2020- Present) • Developing an algorithm and applying statistical analysis to rank-order lists of essential Covid-19 genes from extensive smoke and non-smoke genes microarray data sets. • Developed an algorithm and applied statically analysis to predicts the rate of infections, hospitalization, and deaths of Covid-19. IINSPIRE Internship, National Optical Astronomy Observation, Tucson, AZ (Jun 2019-Aug 2019) • Developed an algorithm to identify unusual stars from the variable stars category by mining data from the ANTARES database and apply machine learning, statistical learning, and data analytic.
